There is never a second chance to make a first impression. Buyers will typically only take 15 seconds to make a decision on your property.

A professionally staged home will emphasize the space, functionality and features of a house so that prospective buyers can envision themselves in it. Home staging can essentially erase the negatives in a home, or distract prospective buyers from any imperfections a home may have.

 

 

THE PROCESS

Once contacted, we visit the client at their property for a free on site consultation, and discuss pricing.

A quote will be sent and once accepted, an invoice and contract will be sent to be read and signed prior to staging. Once payment has been made and contract signed, we will deliver and install all furniture and accessories, and style and dress your home with furniture, rugs, linen, cushions, throws, artwork etc. This can take up to a full day.

 

 

FULL STAGING

This includes staging your blank canvas entirely using our well matched at co-ordinated furniture and decor to create a look that feels 'ready to live in'. We can work in with your house, to pick the best suited pieces to create cohesiveness. This includes staging of the kitchen, dining, lounge, bathroom, and bedrooms. Pricing from $2300 inc gst

PARTIAL STAGING

This includes using some of your own furniture along with ours. Currently we are unable to stage homes that are being lived in. Partial staging is very limited to quiet periods of the year.

EXTRA INFO

These packages cover a period of 6 weeks in total. There is options to add extra weeks in the beginning which saves money overall. If additional weeks are required at the end, the price can be extended on a weekly basis at a 10% of the initial fee quoted.

Our packages includes delivery, installation, insurance and removal once the property is sold.

Payment is due prior to furniture installation

CANCELLATION 

If staging is cancelled after invoice is paid, there is a 10% cancellation fee

It it is within 48 hours of staging commencement date, there is a 20% cancellation fee
